Refund and Donation Policy

FCEM is grateful for your generosity. This policy explains our approach to donations, refunds, and payment issues.

1) Donations Are Generally Non-Refundable

Donations are typically non-refundable because they are used to support FCEM programs and operations as quickly as possible.

2) When a Refund May Be Considered

We may consider a refund in limited circumstances, such as:

  • a duplicate donation submitted in error
  • an incorrect amount entered by mistake (significant overpayment)
  • an unauthorized transaction (e.g., fraudulent use of a card), after appropriate review

Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the transaction date.

3) How to Request a Refund Review

Email us at edu@fayettechristianacademy.com with:

  • your full name
  • the donation date and amount
  • the email/receipt information you received
  • a brief explanation of the request

We will respond within 2–3 business days and may request additional information.

4) Third-Party Processing Fees

Donations may be processed through third-party platforms (for example, Zeffy). If a platform or processor fee was applied, those fees may be non-refundable depending on the provider’s policies.

5) Recurring Donations

If you set up a recurring donation, you may cancel future donations at any time using your donor receipt link (when available) or by contacting us at edu@fayettechristianacademy.com. Cancellation stops future charges and does not automatically refund past donations.

6) Event Tickets / Program Fees (if applicable)

If FCEM sells tickets or program-related fees through a third-party platform, the event listing will state whether those payments are refundable. Some payments may be non-refundable due to planning costs.
